Is capturing really free?
Yes, and it stays free. Connecting tools, capturing the work, reading the timeline and making reports cost nothing. The paid plans are about how much AI you put through it, and how many of you there are.
Do you charge per person?
No. A plan covers the whole workspace at one price. Each one covers a team up to a certain size, so a five-person team pays once rather than five times, and a freelancer is not subsidising a department.
What happens when we outgrow our plan?
Inviting the next person tells you, and you move up a plan. Nothing already captured is affected and nobody is removed.
What happens when the AI allowance runs out?
Capturing and reporting carry on exactly as before. The assistant waits for the next month, or for a bigger plan. Nothing you already made stops working.
What is the allowance measured in?
Tokens, the same unit the model providers bill in. The app also shows it as roughly how many questions and rewrites are left, so you never have to translate it yourself.
Can I use my own model provider key?
No. One provider is set up and paid for on our side, so the allowance means the same thing for everyone and there are no keys of yours for us to hold.
